Online Reservation System
- To make a reservation, you need your patient ID and password. New patients can register and then make a reservation. It is recommended to use the last four digits of your birthdate (month and day) as your password for security reasons, although you can change it if desired.
- Reservations are available in 15-minute slots. For example, if you book for 9:00 AM, your consultation is expected to start between 9:00 and 9:15 AM. However, depending on the severity of symptoms or required tests, there might be delays. During busy times, you may have to wait up to 30 minutes.

- The clinic provides free Wi-Fi access. They also offer two Android tablets and one iPad for loan, allowing you to read Rakuten MAGAZINE for free. Charging cables for smartphones are also available.

- Wait in the waiting room until your name is called for consultation. If medication is prescribed, take the prescription to an external pharmacy after settling your bill at the clinic.
